Barrister and Solicitor

Neeraj Pal, Barrister, Solicitor and Notary Public is the principal of Gretis Legal. Neeraj’s practice covers a range of civil litigation, including injury claims and commercial disputes, corporate commercial, and real estate closings. He assists clients in wills and estate matters. On the commercial side, Neeraj assists his clients in contract negotiations and drafting, including business, technology, and employment agreements. Prior to pursuing his admission to the Ontario bar, Neeraj has worked as a legal and regulatory counsel for major corporations in India, such as Times Network, ESPN Star, Viacom, and Vodafone. During his legal career in India, Neeraj developed extensive experience in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements for the licensing and acquisition, purchase, sale, distribution and marketing of technology. Neeraj has done his LL.M. from King’s College London (UK) in technology regulations, comparative copyrights, and privacy laws. An ardent sports lover, Neeraj is head over heels with the Toronto Raptors. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi.

Law Clerk

Iranpreet Kaur, is a trained real estate clerk. She has years of experience working as real estate law clerk. Be it any real estate transaction, Iranpreet is dedicated to working tirelessly for the clients.

She studied Law Clerk Course at the Centennial College, where she was one of the Board of Directors at the college and holding the position of Student Advocate helping fellow students to settle down in the new environment.

Outside of her work at Gretis Law, Iranpreet has passion of food blogging. Iranpreet aspires to be lawyer one day and is working towards being one.

Iranpreet is her client’s delight. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi.

Licensed Paralegal

Arrtie Rana is a licensed paralegal in Ontario. Her area of practice includes, small claims, landlord tenant issues, and immigration & refugee law.

She is a Ph.D. in Computer Science and holds 15 years’ experience in academics. Arrtie combines pragmatism, charisma, and dedication to deliver strategic advice and counsel to clients. She continues her passion to work with students and temporary residents by helping them with their immigration issues.
